Creptic eyes gazed over the moonlight, it's glare upon the eyes starring right back, bringing light to what seemed so cold and dark...It would flaunt itself in more ways than anyone could imagine, just its existance made it of great importance. It gave miniumum light when it was dark, it gave hope, gave answers. None would know some of the wonders of the world had it not been for the moon and its treasures behold.

A young girl, looking about the age of 15, lay in the soft grass of the human world. She wore a black kimono on for clothes and a white sash around her waist to hold up her hakama. Her patch on her arm had the kanji writing of "12" on it with a small symbol just beneath the lettering. Her brown hair lay behind her while she layed on her back, her blue eyes glistening in the light of the moon. Her name was Lanna Kurotsuchi. She was born in the human world but at the age of 15, kidnapped and brought to Soul Society, there she never aged, and lived her life. When she came back to the human world, her hometown and would visit, she often times just found a secluded area to lay or sit and watched the sun rise, go down along with the moon.

She figured everything would be fine, Mayuri, her captain didn't know she was here on her break off of work so she figured what he didn't know wouldn't hurt him and she'd be fine being here. Besides, when did she ever get to have a break and to herself? She'd enjoy this time to herself while she could.

Reglen reached a clearing and saw a girl resting on the grass. She ran up to her, in hope she was ok, her short red hair bouncing a little. "Mam, are you ok?" She asked Coraline snuggled up on to Reglens shoulders making the bell on her neck and tail dingle.

"What?" Lanna heard a voice from behind then moved her head to see a girl randomly standing there with a cat. She didn't know where she came from but apparently she was there and talking to her. "Um...Yeah, why do I look like I'm hurt?" She asked wondering where on earth she got that idea.

Reglen jumped, "No, i just thought you uh, um-" "You looked dead meow" Coraline interrupted. Reglen grabbed her by the scruff, "are you out of your mind!?" She stuffed the cat in to her bag. She looked at the woman, "Oh, um, I'm sorry."

Lanna smiled. "It's fine..." She looked at the cat but was surprised it could talk but said nothing of the matter since she was long since worried about the abnormal by this point in time. "I use to have a cat...Long time ago..." She said but that was only when she lived still in the human world with her family, now she didn't have no pets and couldn't. "Besides I was just laying here watching the moon. Nothing to worry about." She smiled.

"Oh, that's a relief" She looked around for some thing to say "It's a beautiful moon" she said, not rel wanting to leave.

"Yeah, it is. Back where I live I don't get to see such a moon...I love when I'm able to see it...Makes me feel like homie, you know?" She asked, looking at the girl then patted a spot on the grass to allow her to sit. "What's your name?"

Reglen sat down next to her "I'm Reglen, what yours" She smiled like a little girl and Coraline jumped on the ground and then back on Reglens shoulders.

She layed back down in the grass looking up at the moon and enjoying the scenary. "You have a pretty name...I'm Lanna, nice to meet you." she smiled and saw the cat move about freely.

Reglen giggled, "Thank you, I like your name to. So what brings you up here, I haven't seen you here often" Coraline jumped on Reglens head and mewed loudly.

She smiled when she complimented her name too. "Just on my day off from work. I use to come here a lot to enjoy watching the moon. I don't come here as often as I use to, that's why you don't see me probably." she explained.

"I wouldn't know what that's like. You see, I live out here." She laid down and smiled at the moon.

"So you live nearby then?" Lanna asked then looked over towards her and the cat.

"Sort of" She sighed. "We don't live any where rely" She smiled.
