These are some good sites to watch anime online without downloading.

AnimeFreak.Tv (Careful of this one it only lets you watch a few episodes at a time)

Yeah, AnimeFreakTv.com is one of the best, It also has most if not all of the episodes you need to watch, I recommend that you use that one.

Wow, i never seen/used any of the sites other than GoGoAnime.com, its great!
theres a dub site?! awesome! i could finally finish watching fullmetal alchemist brotherhood in english!! x3 arigato! ^o^
