Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only) Empty
PostSubject: Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only)   Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only) EmptyMon Aug 08, 2011 6:52 am

Brag and boast, folks chanted and mourned. Little had they known, little would help by doing so, much would be bestowed upon them, filled with grief, pain, torment, it was inevitable. The world is filled with liars. The crippled paper burnt edges to a crisp, wood burned casting a fire, in which these people hoped would ward away monsters. Such fools.
Many tried methods to cast out demons, monsters, the unimaginable. Anything they're afraid of, they take "necessary" precautions and take immediate action. Destroy whatever your afraid of, whatever you can't control, that was their ideal logic's. Such cowards, of all villages, in fact. Had they thought they could fight fire with fire and end up with a burnt out flame was a complete moron. That is what they thought. Adding onto the problems would solve things. They're so insolent.

Benevolent demons such as a child born just from birth, ravaged, scorned, spited, it was unimaginable what this child would go through throughout such a childhood. Some claim criminals are born, not made, while others declare criminals are made, not born. Whichever logic, it is inevitable that both receive such violence bestowed upon them, mercy never brought. Scorched to death by their own sins, creating such a foul beast of their own mouths running on fumes that just wouldn't stop. Monsters, we're created by a physical imitation of fear received by the creator of this 'thing'.

Some people are not of the same category, they do not look down upon them as such low class creatures, or as creatures nor monsters, but as equals. These people, too, are insolent to say the least. They have no idea how deep they have fallen into the abyss. Showing generosity to such a foul beast, will only bring blood spill. Once a "monster", it will be driven to madness and cannot be stopped. A wild beast on the loose, will slaughter them all. No matter what category these humans are placed or divided by.

Onto the matter of such a long rant place upon the subject of demon, repressing the real cause of what befalls this small innocent child, born into a world of murder and pain, given no chance to keep her sanity, thwarted into a life of redeption, growing up with only one dogma to strive onward. Such a scheme was created by a sick twisted man, as we have described to be one of the foul people who create these monsters. The girl, born into this world, was cursed with a demon inside her body, sworn to die at a young age from such a vicious thing inside her that would surely eat her alive. The odd thing that happened, was that it did not eat her, even as a baby. He kept still, in the shadows and watched this young girl grow up until eventually she was a young beautiful woman.

Kotsune, was the demons name. He was malicious, malevolent, vulgar, and sinister. Not even these words were enough to describe such a morbid monster. He kept quite for years inside the body of the girl. Her name was Miharu Hachiko. She was a bad tempered young girl who was average looking, but temperamental. Eventually, at the midpoint of her teen years, had the two come in contact. They struck a deal. In order for Miharu to keep herself strong and alive until she suceeded in her goal, her insides including organs would be replaced with ashes, making her nearly invisible and impenetrable to her foe's. The bargain was that of an unfitting one. In exchange, Miharu fell to a very miserable deal towards what she owed Kotsune. In exchange for this power to be permitted to her, she must eat humans in order for Kotsune to live and feed, without loosing his insanity of eating all that Miharu ate on a daily basis. It was a foul game they both played, but both learned that they had to rely on one another if they wished to survive.

In an abandoned broken down building, lay a woman on a tilted piece of crushed stone. There was rubble and stones all over the ground, the place nearly completely gone if not for a small portion of the area still containing a roof, in which was the location she stayed under to keep herself safe from the down pour that raged on outside. Rain was such a filthy thing, she didn't like it at all. Anything cold she hated, including the winter time, which was normally when she wasn't ever seen outside and hibernated. It was now the time of early august, it was beginning to get slightly chilly these days, slight rain and less sun as per usual. Had she not minded this at all, rather she packed for warmer clothes more often, but it wasn't in her jurisdiction to want to, being a picky girl when it came to certain attire.

Lifting her head up, she opened her eyes, revealing her brown colored shades, that matched with her wavy brown hair that bounced from her back, just the opposite side that would stop at chest length. Her clothing was normal. She wore a maroon vest with a blackened under shirt beneath. Gray capree's, fish net leggings just below that went to her knee's. Finishing it was a red cloth wrapped around her waist that carried a tightly fastened kusangi blade to her side. This was one of her signature weapons.

Getting up, the woman walked outside once the rain began to stop, only the grass being slightly wet which hadn't bothered her much since she wore shoes. Continuing her stroll through the forest in which she entered, her hands slid into her pockets. Letting out a large yawn, the female's canine fangs were revealed from when showing her teeth, but soon enough her lips once again clasped together, no longer showing her sharp fangs. As she walked boredly, something had been amiss. Up ahead, she sensed someone's chakra, strong at that in fact. Had she not cared about it she would have moved along, but this one was unusual. There was no going around it or moving around the ninja. They were dead in her path up ahead and wouldn't move or get off into a different direction. The woman would have rather just gone a different way but there were no other paths except running through a random spot that would get her lost. She didn't like that idea. Only choice was to continue walking and see what would happen.

Playing it cool as per usual, with her hands still in her pockets, the girl; Miharu, simply was a few minutes away from this newcomer. Since they were close enough, Miharu was able to use her keen wolf instincts given to her by her inner demon, which would come in handy. Sniffing the crisp dampened air, up ahead came a scent of a female, either it was her natural body odor or a perfume she carried, but there was no mistaking it to be a male.

"This will be easy...Maybe I ought to kill her..."

Miharu contemplated on what choices there were to make. Kill the girl, avoid her and walk past, pretend she hadn't seen her, etc. Either way, she was simply going to throw it out there and go by chance. She would see what would happen by encounter, so, she continued her nice little stroll in the woods, walking towards this new oncomer.

Heated. Hostile. Miserable. Aching.

These are the words that describe the young woman at the moment. She had only woken up about an hour ago, because the rain made her bones ache. As if it wasn't bad enough, she also had a horrible sleeping disorder, which could keep her awake for days on end. She exchanged her pajamas for a blue shirt and jeans with her black hoodie, in hopes of keeping herself warm. That's when she looked outside and decided it was perfect weather to take a walk. Slipping on her shoes while heading out the door, she tried to calm down. 'Waking up on the wrong side of the bed' was an understatement, when ever she would wake up, she mood often depended on what she dreamt about. Her last dream was about her best friend and how he had betrayed her trust.

The dream repeated itself in her head while she walked towards a path that she has never taken.
He stood there. His face was blurry but she could see revenge gleaming in his eyes. She was kneeling on the dirt, wounded and hurt, asking him to stay. He said something that she couldn't make out and left her there.

Half way into the new path, the teenager sat down and took in the scenery. She loved how the rain made the trees even more beautiful. She was finally able to put her dream aside, and stuff in down deep within herself. But as soon as she did that, she heard familiar voices. Voices she hadn't heard in awhile. She hushed them silently, as she has for years. They died down shortly after. When she stood back up, the wind blew her hair all sorts of ways, so she combed her fingers through her cyan colored bangs and black hair.

She continued her walk and was happy she didn't feel hostile any more. But then she felt someones chakra. It was probably one of the most powerful chakras she'd ever felt.

Raven

She hushed the voice that spoke her name. She wanted to wait this out. She wanted to meet this person, or at least see them. There was no way the voice was going to convince her to run away. Then the person came into view. So there Raven stayed, waiting for this mysterious person to come along and do something. The feeling she felt was a mix of being scared and being excited, there was no possible way in Hell she could hide it.

Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only)   Tattered and Torn (Raven & Miharu only) EmptyThu Aug 11, 2011 10:30 pm

(So for now would you like to turn this into a battle? Cause from here on it determines how the rp will play out.)

The presence hadn't came to a halt yet, this wasn't any big news. Miharu couldn't differentiate the girl just yet. For now based off of chakra, she could only assume the usual. What the girl was like, was unknown. A short tempered girl, a mellow girl, talkative, it was not yet determined. Only time would tell. All Miharu could do was to apprehend the girl once they encountered one another.

Licking her lips, the wolf girl could smell the blood running through the woman's blood, it excited the demon within her. He was a timid fellow, a true man that followed his stomach. When he was hungry, he made sure he got his prey. Unable to comprehend what was on his mind, Miharu could only assume his intentions lingered more towards food, rather than talk. The wolf was simply, yet very complicated to understand. He was blunt, half the time, while other times he could be confusing to understand what he wished for or boasted about in one of his long speeches. Even Miharu had to admit his methods were truly grotesque, even for her. This creature, was one even she had not liked to tamper with. Lucky for her though, they both hated one another, and being the host, he would back down more often, until now.

Oh...It seems food is falling into our hands. Don't be a fool and forget to grasp such an easy prey. I wont let you be a fool like last time.
"A fool? You make me eat humans idiot. You can go one day without eating and let me have a no kill day. Stop your whining." Miharu retorted as the demon had been speaking to her through her head. He cackled in pure delight in response.
Poor unfortunate souls...Need you look down upon them so much? They will be reborn into a new vessel after reincarnation. Do not feel so for them. You're simply removing their soul from the current body, they will move on into another one. Simply their death's are quickened...

His voice then faded leaving nothing but silence besides the whistling of the wind rustling against her ear and the sound of the tree's shaking within the breeze. The scenery truly was sublime, such a beauty to behold. Little did people pay much attention to the beauty of nature and all of its glory. It was taken for granted all because of the marvelous creatures dwelling within its depths. Was such a place truly so frightful? It was hard to believe, as the creatures could say the same thing, the village must have been a scary place with its humans. It was versatile.

The girl finally came into view, she was of average. She wore a variety of clothing, but simple as well. The colors didn't piqued her interest much, but attire she could care less about. The girls hair was an odd shade of Cyan with a black layering underneath that strained outwards in the back. She still looked like a teenager, from what village she was from was hard to tell. She crept forward never the less, not showing any sign of backing down nor excitement. Keeping a straight composure and calm mind would do her well.

As they're path's crossed the closer the woman got, Miharu had to make a decision whether or not to kill her, or leave her be. This was her chance before the prey got away. She looked innocent, though a spewing hate lingered off of her aura. Just by her eyes it was obvious to see she had been through very much, and how her eyes moved about from one spot to another, it was obvious she was contemplating something. But what was on her mind, not even she knew.

NOW!

With a quick step Miharu flashed out of the girls sight, the last thing seen on her face was the smirk of the devil bestowed upon her face. Appearing beside her, Miharu's red kusangi blade had been withdrawn from its sheath and in her right arm.

"HAHA!!" She laughed insanely, swinging it in a diagnol motion that would slash her body downwards and into two pieces. Whether or not the girl managed to dodge this attack was unknown, but she hoped this girl would put up a good fight. It had been a long time since she had came across a challenge, all of her fights ended much too quick to where it was no fun. Even if the Hachiko girl wished not to kill the cyan haired girl, it was inevitable her death come. Kotsune was hungry, and he would receive his meal.

RIP HER HEAD OFF!

He hooted loudly enough for her to hear the shouting in the back of her head. Just to trick her, instead of actually bringing the sword down upon her, she flash stepped once more in the blink of an eye so the girl would respond to the attack, only for it to be thwarted. The actual attack when she reappeared again was from the opposite side, but instead of swinging her blade like before her left hand extended. If she turned fast enough she'd see the entire open palm about to grasp her entire head. Instead of normal nails, by now it showed claws, her eyes black with red pupils. It looked like some kind of monster had been possessing her, if not the devil himself.

"DIE!"

She extended her hand to grab her head. If she succeeded, Miharu would retreat her hand back and tear her head from her shoulders leaving her a headless corpse and the kill as easy as ever. Most her victims put up more of a fight, but dependent upon the person and their fighting experience, some managed to defend themselves against some of Miharu's tactics. It would be known soon enough if this girl had the will to keep on living, if she truly clung to life, if her will was powerful enough to prevail her through this.

(Sure)

There one second, gone the next. Disappear, and then reappear once more.

It was hard for Raven to keep up. She hasn't been in a battle for awhile and her vision of the girl was more blurred each time she came into view. Should she reach for her brother's dagger? Try to dodge, maybe? No. She knew very well there was no dodging this attack. So instead she braced herself. She held her left arm up to the side of her face and moved backwards in hopes of creating some space between them. She took off her black hood and threw it to the side revealing her Hidden Leaf headband, which had a slash through it.

Then she reached for her brother's blade, but at the last second, grabbed a scroll instead. She didnt want some girl's blood on her brother's blade; she wanted her father's blood. Then the woman's voice echoed softly in Raven's head.

Let me play awhile.

No, not again. I refuse. Raven told the voice. She opened the scroll and dropped it on the ground. Then she made a number of hand signs.

"Times like this I wish I'd remember to carry my shiny new scythe around with me!" She called to the girl, placing her hand on the open scroll. And, within seconds, a scythe with a dark blue, almost back, snath and sharp blade appeared. And new trick to go along with her new weapon. Perfect.

She rested the weapon across her shoulder blades and contemplated her next move. Defense, or offense? Would either work? So, she rushed towards the unknown girl and swung her blade three times in an attempt to cut her.
